Barangay Santa Rosa

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Santa Rosa is one of the administrative divisions of Umingan in Pangasinan, Ilocos Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Santa Rosa had a population of 687. This made it the 50th largest of 58 barangays in Umingan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Santa Rosa accounted for approximately 0.89% of the total population of Umingan, which stood at 77,074 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Santa Rosa changed from 832 to 687, a shift of -17.4% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with contracting populations in Umingan. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Santa Rosa as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
