Barangay Sabang

Situated in Vinzons, Camarines Norte, Barangay Sabang is one of 19 barangays that make up the municipality within Bicol Region.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Sabang had a population of 3,618. This made it the 5th largest of 19 barangays in Vinzons by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Sabang accounted for approximately 7.38% of the total population of Vinzons, which stood at 49,042 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Sabang moving from 3,537 residents to 3,618 residents, an intercensal change of +2.3%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Sabang is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
