Barangay Centro Sur (Pob.) is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Alcala, located in the province of Cagayan, in the Cagayan Valley region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Centro Sur (Pob.) had a population of 2,943. This made it the 3rd largest of 25 barangays in Alcala by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Centro Sur (Pob.) accounted for approximately 7.13% of the total population of Alcala, which stood at 41,295 in the same census year.
