Barangay Damurog

Barangay Damurog forms part of Alcala, a municipality in Cagayan, and is classified as a small barangay.

This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Alcala. Barangay Damurog is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Alcala is a municipality comprising 25 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Damurog, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
