Barangay Morong

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Morong is one of the administrative divisions of Badoc in Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Morong had a population of 892. This made it the 21st largest of 31 barangays in Badoc by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Morong accounted for approximately 2.74% of the total population of Badoc, which stood at 32,530 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Morong moving from 854 residents to 892 residents, an intercensal change of +4.4%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
