Barangay Oring-oring

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Oring-oring is one of the administrative divisions of Brooke's Point in Palawan, MIMAROPA Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Oring-oring had a population of 2,231. This made it the 18th largest of 18 barangays in Brooke's Point by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Oring-oring accounted for approximately 3.02% of the total population of Brooke's Point, which stood at 73,994 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 1,892 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 2,231 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +17.9%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay Oring-oring is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Brooke's Point is a municipality comprising 18 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Oring-oring, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
