Barangay Baha

Classified as a very small barangay, Barangay Baha is one of the administrative divisions of Calatagan in Batangas, CALABARZON, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Baha had a population of 6. This made it the 25th largest of 25 barangays in Calatagan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Baha accounted for approximately 0.01% of the total population of Calatagan, which stood at 58,719 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Baha changed from 1,509 to 6, a shift of -99.6% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with contracting populations in Calatagan. Barangay Baha is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Calatagan is a municipality comprising 25 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Baha, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
