Barangay Bucal

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Bucal is one of the administrative divisions of Calatagan in Batangas, CALABARZON, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Bucal had a population of 958. This made it the 23rd largest of 25 barangays in Calatagan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Bucal accounted for approximately 1.63% of the total population of Calatagan, which stood at 58,719 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Bucal moving from 965 residents to 958 residents, an intercensal change of -0.7%. The trajectory indicates a broadly stable community.
