Barangay Mina

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Mina is one of the administrative divisions of Camalig in Albay, Bicol Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Mina had a population of 704. This made it the 37th largest of 50 barangays in Camalig by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Mina accounted for approximately 0.98% of the total population of Camalig, which stood at 72,042 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Mina moving from 651 residents to 704 residents, an intercensal change of +8.1%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Mina is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
