Barangay Nagsulo

Situated in Cardona, Rizal, Barangay Nagsulo is one of 18 barangays that make up the municipality within CALABARZON.

This made it the 18th largest of 18 barangays in Cardona by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Nagsulo accounted for approximately 0.55% of the total population of Cardona, which stood at 50,143 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Nagsulo changed from 270 to 277, a shift of +2.6% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Cardona. Barangay Nagsulo is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Cardona is a municipality comprising 18 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Nagsulo, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
