Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Cabog-Cabog is one of the administrative divisions of City of Balanga in Bataan, Central Luzon, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Cabog-Cabog had a population of 2,211. This made it the 17th largest of 25 barangays in City of Balanga by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city. Residents of Barangay Cabog-Cabog accounted for approximately 2.12% of the total population of City of Balanga, which stood at 104,173 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Cabog-Cabog changed from 2,046 to 2,211, a shift of +8.1% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in City of Balanga. Barangay Cabog-Cabog is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

City of Balanga is a city comprising 25 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Cabog-Cabog, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
