Barangay 7 (Pob.)

Classified as a very small barangay, Barangay 7 (Pob.) is one of the administrative divisions of Dolores in Eastern Samar, Eastern Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay 7 (Pob.) had a population of 147. This made it the 44th largest of 46 barangays in Dolores by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay 7 (Pob.) accounted for approximately 0.33% of the total population of Dolores, which stood at 44,626 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay 7 (Pob.) changed from 165 to 147, a shift of -10.9% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with contracting populations in Dolores. Barangay 7 (Pob.) is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Dolores is a municipality comprising 46 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay 7 (Pob.), including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Eastern Samar, which contains 597 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay 7 (Pob.) ranks 573rd by 2020 population. The next Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) are scheduled for Monday, November 2, 2026, with officials serving four-year terms under Republic Act No. 12232.
