Barangay Gap-ang

Barangay Gap-ang forms part of Dolores, a municipality in Eastern Samar, and is classified as a small barangay.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Gap-ang had a population of 953. This made it the 18th largest of 46 barangays in Dolores by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Gap-ang moving from 833 residents to 953 residents, an intercensal change of +14.4%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
