Barangay Campoyong

Barangay Campoyong forms part of Guiuan, a municipality in Eastern Samar, and is classified as a small barangay.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Campoyong had a population of 1,899. This made it the 5th largest of 60 barangays in Guiuan by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Campoyong accounted for approximately 3.56% of the total population of Guiuan, which stood at 53,361 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Campoyong moving from 1,884 residents to 1,899 residents, an intercensal change of +0.8%. The trajectory indicates a slowly expanding community.
