Barangay Poblacion Ward 12

Barangay Poblacion Ward 12 forms part of Guiuan, a municipality in Eastern Samar, and is classified as a small barangay.

This made it the 36th largest of 60 barangays in Guiuan by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality.
