Barangay Andulauan

Barangay Andulauan is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Ilog, located in the province of Negros Occidental, in the Western Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Andulauan had a population of 4,240. This made it the 5th largest of 15 barangays in Ilog by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Andulauan accounted for approximately 7.08% of the total population of Ilog, which stood at 59,855 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Andulauan moving from 4,449 residents to 4,240 residents, an intercensal change of -4.7%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Andulauan as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
