Barangay Pandan

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Pandan is one of the administrative divisions of Leon in Iloilo, Western Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Pandan had a population of 667. This made it the 20th largest of 85 barangays in Leon by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Pandan accounted for approximately 1.28% of the total population of Leon, which stood at 51,990 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Pandan changed from 563 to 667, a shift of +18.5% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Leon. Barangay Pandan is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Leon is a municipality comprising 85 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Pandan, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
