Barangay Causwagan

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Causwagan is one of the administrative divisions of Liloy in Zamboanga Del Norte, Zamboanga Peninsula, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Causwagan had a population of 1,311. This made it the 8th largest of 37 barangays in Liloy by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Causwagan accounted for approximately 3.11% of the total population of Liloy, which stood at 42,213 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Causwagan moving from 1,176 residents to 1,311 residents, an intercensal change of +11.5%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
