Barangay Alegre

Situated in Oton, Iloilo, Barangay Alegre is one of 37 barangays that make up the municipality within Western Visayas.

This made it the 17th largest of 37 barangays in Oton by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Alegre accounted for approximately 2.36% of the total population of Oton, which stood at 98,509 in the same census year.
