Barangay Langali

Situated in Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat, Barangay Langali is one of 40 barangays that make up the municipality within SOCCSKSARGEN.

This made it the 32nd largest of 40 barangays in Palimbang by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Langali accounted for approximately 1.64% of the total population of Palimbang, which stood at 92,828 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Langali moving from 2,017 residents to 1,524 residents, an intercensal change of -24.4%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community. Barangay Langali is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
