Barangay Panganiran

Barangay Panganiran is a small barangay in the municipality of Pio Duran, located in the province of Albay, in the Bicol Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Panganiran had a population of 650. This made it the 26th largest of 33 barangays in Pio Duran by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Panganiran accounted for approximately 1.32% of the total population of Pio Duran, which stood at 49,070 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Panganiran moving from 621 residents to 650 residents, an intercensal change of +4.7%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
