Barangay Ali Alsree

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Ali Alsree is one of the administrative divisions of Roseller Lim in Zamboanga Sibugay, Zamboanga Peninsula, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Ali Alsree had a population of 2,928. This made it the 3rd largest of 26 barangays in Roseller Lim by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Ali Alsree accounted for approximately 6.72% of the total population of Roseller Lim, which stood at 43,575 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 2,414 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 2,928 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +21.3%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay Ali Alsree is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Roseller Lim is a municipality comprising 26 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Ali Alsree, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Zamboanga Sibugay, which contains 389 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Ali Alsree ranks 42nd by 2020 population. The next Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) are scheduled for Monday, November 2, 2026, with officials serving four-year terms under Republic Act No. 12232.
