Barangay Victoria

Barangay Victoria forms part of Tagkawayan, a municipality in Quezon, and is classified as a very small barangay.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Victoria had a population of 276. This made it the 44th largest of 45 barangays in Tagkawayan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Victoria accounted for approximately 0.51% of the total population of Tagkawayan, which stood at 54,003 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Victoria moving from 270 residents to 276 residents, an intercensal change of +2.2%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Victoria is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Tagkawayan is a municipality comprising 45 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Victoria, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. The next Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) are scheduled for Monday, November 2, 2026, with officials serving four-year terms under Republic Act No. 12232.
