Barangay Balbalayang

Situated in San Gabriel, La Union, Barangay Balbalayang is one of 15 barangays that make up the municipality within Ilocos Region.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Balbalayang had a population of 710. This made it the 11th largest of 15 barangays in San Gabriel by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Balbalayang accounted for approximately 3.75% of the total population of San Gabriel, which stood at 18,943 in the same census year.
