Barangay San Isidro

Barangay San Isidro is a small barangay in the municipality of San Juan, located in the province of Ilocos Sur, in the Ilocos Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay San Isidro had a population of 825. This made it the 17th largest of 32 barangays in San Juan by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Isidro accounted for approximately 3.09% of the total population of San Juan, which stood at 26,674 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay San Isidro moving from 828 residents to 825 residents, an intercensal change of -0.4%. The trajectory indicates a broadly stable community. Barangay San Isidro is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
