Barangay Libertad Alto

Situated in Sinacaban, Misamis Occidental, Barangay Libertad Alto is one of 17 barangays that make up the municipality within Northern Mindanao.

This made it the 8th largest of 17 barangays in Sinacaban by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Libertad Alto accounted for approximately 5.38% of the total population of Sinacaban, which stood at 19,671 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Libertad Alto changed from 996 to 1,059, a shift of +6.3% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Sinacaban.
