Barangay Limocon

Situated in Valencia, Bohol, Barangay Limocon is one of 35 barangays that make up the municipality within Central Visayas.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Limocon had a population of 428. This made it the 33rd largest of 35 barangays in Valencia by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Limocon accounted for approximately 1.51% of the total population of Valencia, which stood at 28,392 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Limocon changed from 311 to 428, a shift of +37.6% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Valencia. Barangay Limocon is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
