Barangay Bongbongan

Situated in Ma-Ayon, Capiz, Barangay Bongbongan is one of 32 barangays that make up the municipality within Western Visayas.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Bongbongan had a population of 1,196. This made it the 16th largest of 32 barangays in Ma-Ayon by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Bongbongan accounted for approximately 2.90% of the total population of Ma-Ayon, which stood at 41,226 in the same census year.
