Barangay Agmanaphao

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Agmanaphao is one of the administrative divisions of Mina in Iloilo, Western Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Agmanaphao had a population of 1,470. This made it the 6th largest of 22 barangays in Mina by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Agmanaphao accounted for approximately 6.11% of the total population of Mina, which stood at 24,042 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Agmanaphao changed from 1,535 to 1,470, a shift of -4.2% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with contracting populations in Mina. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Agmanaphao as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Mina is a municipality comprising 22 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Agmanaphao, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
